Smoking and pets are strictly prohibited indoors. A designated smoking area has been provided, please move there. Please understand that a fine of 100,000 won will be charged for compensation due to refunds for other guests caused by smoking. Smoking is prohibited in all areas.
Please be careful when using the items, as additional compensation will be required for any damage, breakage, or loss. This is a non-smoking facility, so please be aware that a fine of 200,000 won will be charged for smoking. Free coffee, bottled water, and an ice maker are available in the cafe space on the first floor. Please use this space for laundry and light meals. Smoking will cause inconvenience to other guests and may result in requests for refunds and compensation. Please use the designated smoking area.
All utility bills are included in the management fee. Cleaning must be done once a week. This is based on one person, and an additional 60,000 won will be added to the management fee for each additional person.
