Smoking indoors and bringing in pets are strictly prohibited. A cleaning and wallpapering fee of 200,000 KRW will be charged for smoking. A designated smoking area has been provided, so please move there. Please understand that a fine of 100,000 KRW will be charged for compensation due to refunds for other guests caused by smoking. Smoking is prohibited in all areas.
Please be careful when using the items, as additional compensation will be required for any damage, breakage, or loss. There is free coffee, bottled water, and an ice maker in the cafe space on the first floor. Please use it as a space where you can do laundry and have a light meal. Please note that smoking is prohibited inside this building, and a fine of 100,000 won will be charged for smoking. Please use the designated smoking area, as smoking may cause inconvenience to other guests and lead to requests for refunds and compensation.
All utility bills are included in the management fee. Cleaning must be done once a week. This is based on one person, and an additional 60,000 won will be added to the management fee for each additional person.
