You will have exclusive use of the space, but only the single room pictured is available (access includes the kitchen, powder room, dining area, and living room; please refer to the photos). This listing is for 1–2 guests only (reservations for the entire property are available for larger groups without guest limits).
Although the bus stop is just a 1–2 minute walk away, parking is convenient, so we recommend driving your own vehicle.
Check-in is contactless; detailed instructions will be provided once the booking is confirmed. This is a strictly non-smoking building. Pets are allowed upon prior consultation. Rooftop BBQ is available (equipment provided, but guests must clean up afterwards).
The property is located between Hallim and Daejeong, close to the sea and local volcanic cones (oreum). Many amenities are within walking distance. (The standard bedroom is compact and best suited for two people; for a family of four, the room can be upgraded to a larger one upon consultation. A fuel allowance of 30,000 KRW is provided; additional charges may apply if electricity usage exceeds 30,000 KRW. The rate includes internet, common area electricity, water, gas, and fuel costs. The cleaning fee covers only bedding laundry and basic tidying; please dispose of your trash at the designated collection point and ensure the place is kept tidy.
