Residents have convenient access to a spacious rooftop terrace, and security is ensured through CCTV at the entrance and stairwell, as well as a double-door system featuring both a steel security gate and the main entrance door.
Although a bus stop is just a one-minute walk away, we recommend using your own vehicle as parking is convenient. There is a dedicated parking lot, and plenty of other parking options are available nearby. There is a direct bus from Jeju City Terminal that travels along the western route all the way to Seogwipo City Terminal.
Check-in is contactless; we will send you a message once your stay is confirmed. There is a metal gate at the entrance, and you have exclusive access to a spacious rooftop. You may bring one well-trained small dog (please consult us in advance regarding the breed or number of dogs). Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the building; if the smell of smoke is detected, additional cleaning and ventilation fees will be charged. Guests are responsible for washing dishes and disposing of trash (additional fees may apply if this is not done).

Located between Hallim and Daejeong, the property is just a 5–8 minute drive from various attractions such as the Daejeong Dolphin Coast, Sinchang Windmill Coastal Road, Jeoji-ri Culture Village, Suwolbong Peak, and Chagwido Coast. Essential amenities—including elementary and high schools, hospitals, restaurants, a post office, a supermarket, and bus stops—are all within walking distance, offering a peaceful environment without sacrificing convenience. You can easily access diverse natural spots and tourist attractions, including locations for fishing, snorkeling, hiking *oreum* (volcanic cones), and forest trails. The property is fully equipped with all the essentials for daily living—including facilities for cooking, laundry, and drying—making it ideal for long-term stays. For contracts of one month or longer, we can arrange terms where the management fee is capped at 100,000 KRW, with the tenant covering the full cost of heating fuel and electricity based on actual usage. Baby supplies and barbecue equipment can be provided upon advance request (we will have them ready for you).
Additional charges apply if electricity usage exceeds 50,000 KRW. A 30,000 KRW allowance is provided for heating oil; the user is responsible for any costs exceeding this amount. To cover potential expenses, a utility deposit is collected in advance, and any remaining balance is refunded after final settlement. - You are required to handle basic cleanup, such as washing dishes and disposing of trash (including food waste and bathroom trash). Failure to do so may result in additional charges (the cleaning fee covers tasks such as mopping, tidying up, and laundry).
