This is a clean, fully-furnished studio apartment located 10-15 minutes from Osan Station by public transportation. Convenience stores, Daiso, and E-Mart are located nearby, making daily life convenient.
It is 10-15 minutes from Osan Station. From the KEPCO Intersection bus stop, take bus number 8 or C1 towards Osan Station. From the Won-dong Elementary School and Jeil Church bus stop, take a bus bound for Gangnam (5300, 5300-1).
Move-in will be conducted non-face-to-face. Once the contract is confirmed, we will send you a message with move-in and usage instructions.
For short-term rentals, move-in registration is not possible. Personal hygiene items (e.g., soap, shampoo, towels, toothpaste, toilet paper, etc.) are not provided. Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors, and a fine and cleaning fee may be charged for smoking. Pets are not allowed, and in case of violation, wallpaper and floor replacement costs, as well as cleaning and professional disinfection costs, may be charged. Upon check-out, please return all provided items to their original positions. The user is responsible for any damage, discoloration, or loss of the provided items.
All utility bills are included in the management fee. This is based on a single person, and additional charges will apply if the number of people increases. Excessive use of electricity and gas may result in additional charges upon check-out.
