This is a clean, fully-furnished studio apartment located 10-15 minutes from Osan Station by public transportation. Convenience stores, Daiso, and E-Mart are located nearby, making daily life convenient.
From the KEPCO Intersection bus stop, take bus number 8 towards Osan Station, or C1. From the Wondong Elementary School, Jeil Church bus stop, take a bus bound for Gangnam (5300, 5300-1).
The usage fee is per person. Check-in will be conducted non-face-to-face. Once the contract is confirmed, we will send you a message with check-in and usage instructions.

All utility bills are included in the management fee. This is based on one person, and a maximum of two people are allowed. If you add more people, an additional 20,000 won per week will be charged in advance. Additional charges may apply for excessive use.
