Room 1 has a queen bed, air purifier, wall-mounted air conditioner, blackout curtains, hanger, Standby Me 32-inch TV, cable connection, YouTube, and Netflix. Room 2 has a super single bed, desk, and chair.

Near the house, there is a Hanaro Mart, a local large supermarket, Daiso, Starbucks, many franchise cafes, convenience stores, and restaurants. The sea is clearly visible from the rooftop. The beach is less than a 1-minute walk away. Within a 5-minute walk, there is a sports facility where you can use a swimming pool for a daily admission fee of 3,600 won. The most important thing is that it's a detached house with a yard and a large whirlpool bathtub available for use. There's also a warehouse-style gym with a 32-inch TV, treadmill, multi-rack, leg curl, and leg extension machine, and a dual-monitor PC, all available for a low fee. You can comfortably enjoy a cup of tea in the front yard. The living room is finished with cypress wood and offers a very spacious area for an unbelievably low price. That's why we only want to host good people. Pets are also allowed. You can have a happy time in the front yard, backyard, and on the rooftop (additional cost). BBQ is also available (additional cost).
All utility bills are included in the management fee. (However, only electricity bills from June to September will be charged an additional 50,000 won per week.) If you overuse the included items, additional management fees may be requested.
From the price to the cleanliness, everything was perfect, and the host's kindness made it even more touching. 😊 They responded to each inquiry with such care, which made me feel secure throughout the trip. Most of all, the best part was that this place is a private house, so there was absolutely no disturbance from the surroundings! 🏡 Thanks to that, my family, partner, and friends could laugh and chat freely and comfortably. It's unbelievably affordable compared to the surrounding prices, yet it's as clean as a hotel ✨, and it even has a gym and a whirlpool bathtub, so I could heal both my body and mind. Enjoying coffee leisurely in the front yard garden, and taking a walk to the beach just a short distance away... 🌊 How can a place offer all of this! I sincerely and strongly recommend it 👍
In all my travels to Jeju, I've never encountered an accommodation with such perfect facilities, thoughtful amenities, comfort, cleanliness, spaciousness, a tower wash, a whirlpool in the fitness club, and convenient public transportation. It was a place where guests themselves contributed to its beauty. I'm leaving with the memory of opening the fragrant front door on my first day. This place can accommodate everyone, from couples to large families, especially if you're visiting Seogwipo in Jeju. My week in Jeju was a healing experience every day, but I genuinely felt a sense of regret when checking out on the last day. The words I unconsciously uttered while packing my bags—"I'll be back"—were not a lie. This accommodation truly lives up to the phrase 'private villa,' thanks to its perfectly separated spaces, making it so quiet and private that you wouldn't even know if someone was next door. The living quarters and the gym are completely separate, so even with a large group, you can enjoy your stay without disturbing each other's routines. At night, the most anticipated moment is undoubtedly the whirlpool tub! Soaking in its surprisingly spacious tub, the day's fatigue melts away. Staring blankly at the light reflections on the ceiling above the foamy water, I felt an indescribable sense of relaxation. Personally, I was impressed by the gym. It far exceeds the level of a typical accommodation amenity. The treadmills, dumbbells, and machines are all in excellent condition, making it the most satisfying point for me, as I usually make time for exercise. You might think, "Exercising in Jeju?" but in that space, I strangely felt an urge to move. Another gem of this accommodation is its garden. With its wide, well-maintained lawn, tasteful plantings, and relaxation areas harmonizing with nature, you lose track of time sitting under the shade of a tree with a cup of coffee. When a gentle breeze blows, it feels like the dust in your heart is also flying away. Price, facilities, atmosphere—a perfect accommodation with nothing to fault. It's a place I want to keep to myself but also highly recommend to others. This wasn't just a stay; it was an 'experience that makes a day special.' Next time, I definitely want to stay a little longer.
