Bathroom and kitchen/living room are shared with others.
Dual monitors + PC Queen-size LED bed with built-in storage It is very spacious and pleasant. 👍 It looks even better in person than in the photos; I’m so confident about this that I wouldn’t even charge you if you disagreed. 💯 It’s truly such a great place that the price feels like a bargain. 😄🙏 The amenities are far superior to those of a typical newlywed home—you can move in with just your personal belongings. Everything is included, from bedding and pillows to hangers. The rent covers water, internet, and septic tank fees, as well as shared detergents, bathroom supplies, trash bags, toilet paper, toothpaste, shampoo, laundry detergent, fabric softener, body wash, and facial cleanser!! It is always kept clean and comfortable.
It is located in a prime spot just a 7-minute walk from Hwagok Station (Line 5). There are numerous bus routes nearby, and it offers excellent accessibility to Gimpo Airport, Magok, and Mok-dong. A bus stop is also located just a 2-minute walk from the property.
The move-in process is contactless. The space is always maintained in a clean and pleasant condition. Private room amenities: 2 monitors + desktop PC, Queen-size LED bed with storage, 2-tier garment rack, hangers, desk, chair, bedding, full-length mirror, wall-mounted air conditioner. Shared area amenities: Living room table (doubling as a dining table), washer-dryer, rice cooker, microwave, water purifier, vacuum cleaner, wet mop, tableware, washing machine, laundry detergent, toothbrush sterilizer, shampoo, body wash, toothpaste. Monthly rent may be lower for long-term stays of 6 months or 1 year. There is a separate attic space, which is convenient for storing items like suitcases or large, infrequently used belongings.
It offers excellent accessibility to Gimpo Airport and the Magok District, and commuting to Mok-dong and Yeouido is convenient. There is a large traditional market nearby where groceries are affordable, and the abundance of medium-to-large supermarkets and franchise stores makes daily life incredibly convenient.
Included: 1. Water, electricity (split equally only from June to September), city gas (split equally only during winter, November to April), internet, and septic tank maintenance fees. 2. All shared detergents and bathroom supplies—including trash bags, toilet paper, toothpaste, shampoo, laundry detergent, body wash, and facial cleanser—are provided!!
