This is a small detached house for one household, built three years ago, with 1-4 floors + an attic. It is a rare new detached house within a 5-minute walk from Line 2. Please note that it is a duplex with stairs on each floor :) (Not recommended for those with children who cannot walk, or those with back or knee pain 😅) 1st floor: Entrance 2nd floor: Queen-size bed, bathroom (bathtub) 3rd floor: Kitchen/living room 4th floor: Washer + dryer, bathroom, terrace Attic: Queen-size mattress (Nujam Double Up) *If you wish to add bedding on the 4th floor, you will need to pay an additional fee :)
. It is a 5-6 minute walk from Seoul National University Station on Line 2. - Parking is available for one car free of charge on the designated road nearby.
- We will send you a text message once the contract is confirmed. - Due to the nature of a detached house, we will provide an in-person facility tour. (As we provide in-person check-in guidance, same-day or one-day prior reservations may be difficult. Please inquire about availability before booking.) *We provide mattresses and bedding on the 2nd floor and in the attic as standard. *If you pay the additional fee in advance, we will set up an additional super single mattress on the 4th floor.
- The first floor is an unmanned library. If you wish to use it, please contact us for a discount :) - There are system air conditioners on the 2nd and 3rd floors, and a system heating and cooling unit on the 4th floor. - There is an LG dishwasher and Styler. - High-quality materials such as porcelain tiles, Canstone, and diatomaceous earth finish (hallway) were used. - For a comfortable stay, we recommend occupancy for up to 4 people. For 5 people, we will set up a super single mattress on the 4th floor, and an additional fee will be charged. - Four CCTV cameras are operating outside the house. Enjoy your own time in a new detached house in a subway station area in downtown Seoul :) There are subways, Lotte Cinema, outlets, two Starbucks, and various restaurants within a 5-6 minute walk from the house. Sharosu-gil is a 6-7 minute walk away, and Lotte Department Store is a 10-minute drive away. You can easily access Gangnam Station, Samseong Station, Hongik University Station, Konkuk University Station, and Jamsil Station (Lotte World) on Line 2 without transfers.

It was a modern, narrow house. It was nice to have well-equipped appliances and a terrace. The stairs are quite steep, so you should be careful even indoors.
