It's an old house on the outside, but the interior is a stylish house that our family renovated until the beginning of this year. 🏡 🌊A beautiful and quiet beach is a 2-minute walk away, and it's a 3-minute drive to Jukdo Beach, a popular exotic spot in Yangyang, a 4-minute drive to Ingu Beach, a 7-minute drive to Surfyy Beach, and a 15-minute drive to Jumunjin, Gangneung, making it a great place to enjoy sightseeing. 🏖🌴 📽There is no TV, but there is an LG beam and a Marshall Bluetooth speaker. 🍿
🚌 It is close to the bus stop, and up to 3 cars can be parked in the yard, making transportation convenient in Yangyang. 🚗🚗🚗
-Upon check-in, the host will provide an in-person guide. -The host's room will be locked during your stay. Since one of the three rooms is locked, you can consider it a two-room apartment. 🔐 This house is set up for 4 people. For reservations of 5 people, we will add a super single mattress to the large room. An additional fee of 50,000 won will be charged.
There is a 2-year-old LG dishwasher in the kitchen. We do not have barbecue equipment, but if you bring your own, you can barbecue in the yard. You can barbecue in the yard in front of the living room or in the gravel area inside the fence. 🥓🥩 We provide two lanterns to create a cozy atmosphere in the yard at night. 🕯🕯 A child safety gate is installed in the kitchen. :) *Although it is an old house, we put a lot of effort into cleaning it as our family also stays here. We do not use harsh commercial cleaning tools, but rather take more time to meticulously clean with household products.
*During the winter season (December to February), if the electricity and boiler costs exceed 100,000 won per week, the excess amount will be charged additionally. *We do not charge a cleaning fee, but we will do our best to clean it thoroughly :) Please use the space cleanly, including separating recyclables and tidying up. *In case of loss, damage, or breakage, additional charges may apply.
It was cozy and I liked that it was a private house.
The exterior is an old house, but the interior is clean. We grilled meat in the yard, and the sea was close. It was a 20-30 minute drive to Gangneung and Sokcho, so it was easy to go back and forth. The host explained everything thoroughly when we moved in. The bathroom humidity wasn't well controlled, but it was nice to have a dehumidifier to use. The security wasn't great, but it wasn't a place where many people came and went, and it was quiet and peaceful. If you walk out of the house and into the village on the opposite side of the sea, the air was so good, like walking in a forest. It was great to be able to enjoy both the sea and the mountains. Even though it rained the whole time we were there, we made many happy memories.
The yard was so pretty and the beach was close, so it was very convenient to use~~^^
