This is a charming home that we personally remodeled with great care and attention to detail. It is also a seaside vacation home that was a long-held dream for our family. I can confidently say that this is a beautiful, cherished space filled with many happy memories shared with our five grandchildren. Now that the grandchildren have grown up and are busy with their studies, they can't visit as often as they used to, so we would like to share this space with others— whether for a vacation, a long-term business trip, a temporary stay during a move or renovation, or any other happy occasion. It is located just 10 seconds away from a beach famous for its sunrise views. You can step straight out onto the beach barefoot— no elevators or crossing busy roads required. You can easily use your own bathroom while enjoying the water and then head right back out. The convenience of coming straight inside in your swimsuit and hopping into the shower is something you truly have to experience to appreciate!
It is within walking distance of the Sokcho Intercity Bus Terminal and just 50 meters from a city bus stop. Nearby amenities include ports, popular restaurants, convenience stores, a medical center, museums, a cultural center, and an elementary school. Located in the city center, it is convenient even without a personal vehicle. Seoraksan National Park is a 20-minute drive away.
Check-in is contactless by default, but in-person check-in is also welcome if you prefer. A confirmation message will be sent within 30 minutes of booking.
