If you're hesitant because there are no reviews yet, checking the reviews for my other "Sokcho café-style" listing— which opened on the app about a year ago—will put your mind at ease. It is a neat, lovely room that has been recently renovated. It comes fully equipped with high-speed internet (500Mbps Wi-Fi) and a smart TV (OTT services included). I prioritize cleanliness and manage the space meticulously. Although officially registered as a first-floor unit, it is located four steps down. However, the hallway layout ensures no units face directly into yours, and the window placement offers a sense of privacy, creating a pleasant atmosphere with just the right amount of natural light. The bathroom has a touch of stylish charm, and the cute, cozy kitchen is fully equipped for cooking. With a two-burner gas stove and a spacious dining table, you can enjoy a beautifully set meal, whether you're cooking or ordering in.

Although the property is located on flat ground near the subway station, there is a well-maintained walking trail right behind the house connecting Dongjak and Sadang; it is safe enough that many people even enjoy walking barefoot there. Shaded benches and rest areas are scattered throughout, making it a perfect spot to get lost in a good book. Being close to middle and high schools, the sports fields are open to the public after school hours, allowing you to use them for exercise. The neighborhood is packed with things to eat and do, featuring numerous restaurants, cafes, convenience stores, and delivery-friendly markets, as well as the traditional Inheon Market. Medical infrastructure is excellent and convenient, with Gangnam Severance Hospital and Seoul National University Boramae Hospital just 10 minutes away, along with various local private clinics. Since this place opened recently, there aren't any reviews yet; if you are concerned about that, please take a look at the reviews for the Sokcho accommodation I opened a year ago—they should put your mind at ease!

The host is incredibly kind, and the place is clean and in excellent condition. I’ve stayed at various other places, but I haven’t seen one as well-maintained as this one. I would definitely want to stay here again if the opportunity arises.
