A medium-to-large newly built apartment located on Dalmaji-gil, Haeundae-gu, Busan. Any disposable items provided are subject to an additional fee. There is no washing machine inside the unit; however, a laundromat is located right in front of the apartment building. Important Notices & Rules 1. No smoking (a penalty of 200,000 KRW will be charged if smoking is detected); pets are not allowed. 2. Guests other than those included in the reservation are not permitted; unauthorized use will result in immediate eviction. 3. A fee of 100,000 KRW will be charged for cooking prohibited items (e.g., pork belly, steak, fish). 4. You will be liable for cleaning or replacement costs if the provided bedding is stained or soiled (e.g., blood, food sauces). 5. Eating or drinking in the bedroom is prohibited. 6. The use of items posing a fire hazard—such as candles, fireworks, or butane gas—is prohibited. 7. Please use the sofa table with caution; the host is not liable for injuries caused by carelessness. You are responsible for compensating for any damage to provided furnishings or equipment, so please handle them with care. 8. Overall, I was satisfied with the accommodation. It was spacious and clean, and the location was excellent—very close to the sea. I was also impressed by how well-maintained and pristine the building complex looked. The host was very kind and quick to respond to any inquiries, making the stay comfortable and convenient. However, there were a few downsides. Some areas of the kitchen weren't thoroughly cleaned; specifically, the range hood had dust and grease buildup. Also, having a few more kitchen amenities would have made the stay more comfortable; the lack of an electric kettle and a microwave was a bit inconvenient. Aside from that, it was a great place to stay, and I enjoyed my time there.
I had a happy week there. I went with 3 children, and the apartment was new, so everything was clean. The location is perfect, a 5-minute walk from good restaurants. It's a bit high up, but there's no city noise.
