Check-in is contactless. Detailed information will be sent via text message upon completion of the contract. Pets are not allowed. Additional charges will be applied for property damage or bedding contamination.
1. Address and Check-in: The address and password will be sent via message around 10 AM on the day of your arrival. Self check-in is available from 3 PM.^^ 2. Check-out: Please check out before 10 AM. If you wish for a late check-out, please request it via message. If an extension is possible, a fee of 10,000 KRW per hour will be charged, so please adhere to the check-out time. :) 3. Rooftop Bonfire: Currently suspended. 4. Trash: There is a convenience store right next door. Please stop by in advance to purchase trash bags (20 liters or more is recommended if you plan to dispose of delivery containers).^^ All generated trash must be taken with you upon check-out. You can also place it in a standard trash bag outside the door. If it is difficult for you to dispose of the trash yourself, please sort it in the kitchen, and we will dispose of it for you for a fee of 10,000 KRW. Thank you ♡ Other Precautions 1. No smoking (a 100,000 KRW penalty will be charged if smoking is detected), no pets allowed. 2. No entry for persons not listed in the reservation. 3. A fee will be charged for bedding stains that cannot be removed by standard washing.
If you overuse the included items, additional management fees will be requested. If the combined electricity and water bills exceed 50,000 won per week, additional charges will be applied.
There is a very strong sewage smell. It seems like some action needs to be taken. Otherwise, I had a good rest.
