This is a recently remodeled 2-room apartment. - It is fully furnished with a refrigerator, washing machine (with dryer function), bed, Netflix, and internet. It's on a flat street, 242m walk from Mapo Station. - The small room has a desk where you can work. (Additional bedding can be provided for sleeping. Additional cost applies.) - The large room has a queen bed, TV, and wardrobe. Restaurants and convenience facilities are easily accessible within a 1-minute walk.
Transportation is convenient to anywhere in Seoul, and Mapo Station is a 3-minute walk away.
- Check-in is contactless. - Once your contract is confirmed, we will send you a message with check-in and usage instructions. - Smoking and pets are not allowed indoors. - Check-in time is 3 PM and check-out time is 11 AM.
It's also close to Hangang Park and Gyeongui Line Park, so you can walk there.
All utility bills are included in the management fee. If you overuse the included items, additional management fees may be requested. The cost is based on 2 people, and there is an additional cost of 20,000 won for 3 or more people.
