This is a recently remodeled 1.5-room apartment. - It is fully furnished with a refrigerator, washing machine (with drying function), bed, Netflix, and internet. - The sofa in the living room is a Best Sleep brand sofa bed that can be unfolded into a queen-size bed (bedding is provided at an additional cost when using the bed). It is 242m to Mapo Station on flat ground, and restaurants and convenience facilities are easily accessible within a 1-minute walk.
It is a 3-minute walk from Mapo Station. There is a famous (Galmaegi Street) food alley in Mapo nearby, so it is convenient to eat. Convenience stores and supermarkets are also 3 minutes away.
⁃ Check-in is contactless. - Once your contract is confirmed, we will send you a message with check-in and usage instructions. - Smoking and pets are not allowed in the room. - Check-in time is 3 PM and check-out time is 11 AM.
All utility bills are included in the management fee. If you overuse the included items, additional management fees may be requested. The cost is based on 2 people, and there is an additional cost of 20,000 won for 3 or more people.

This was the worst accommodation experience I've ever had. There is a lack of consideration for the people staying there. If you want to experience unpleasantness, stay at this accommodation. When I checked in, they said they would come in, which I was okay with once, but then they said they left something in the fridge and were coming again, so I told them no because I was uncomfortable. And on the last day, I paid an extra fee to extend my stay for another day, but they entered the master password, suddenly opened the door around 2 PM, and said, "Oh, what is all this!" and slammed the door shut. I had just showered and was naked in the room, so I was very flustered and uncomfortable. Although they couldn't see me from the entrance because I was inside, I paid a fair price for the stay, so I don't understand how something like this could happen. They made excuses, saying they came to replace a mirror in the room, and I received a refund for the accommodation, but the unpleasantness I feel is indescribable, even as I check out.
