- Moving companies, moving large furniture/appliances, and storage are not allowed ❌❌ - Prices change daily. Please note that the price may be different the next day ㅠㅠ - Check-in/out: After 3 pm / 12:05 pm - Check-in is contactless. - We will send you a message on the day of check-in once your reservation is confirmed. - The accommodation fee is cheaper than the monthly rent for this apartment. Therefore, if you want hotel services, we recommend another place. 📍Services not provided For your convenience, we provide shampoo & conditioner, toilet paper, and hand soap, but these are not mandatory due to the nature of the rental business. Other items such as cleaning wipes, laundry detergent, wet wipes, and toilet paper are not provided. For stays of 4 or more people, there is an additional management fee. All of this information is written in the room description. We have had guests who were upset because they were not aware of the pre-notified information, such as requesting a refund after being charged for additional guests or requesting a late check-out on the same day, so we would like to ask you to be aware of this once again 🥲
* The master bedroom is available, but furniture/supplies are not provided. The master bathroom is also available, but the interior is not finished. This has been reflected in the price. Please note. *The baby washing machine is currently unavailable due to a water connection issue. - For groups exceeding 5 people, an additional charge of 20,000 KRW per person per week will apply. - Parking: Guests cannot be registered as residents, which may be inconvenient, but you can park by registering as a visitor at the gate every 3 days. For stays of 2 months or more, you can be registered as a resident. - Consumables: Basic consumables are provided for initial adjustment, but it is recommended to purchase them for long-term stays. - Daily payment: After signing a weekly contract on the platform, daily payment is possible. Additional payments exclude payment fees and cleaning fees, so please inquire about the exact price via chat. - Due to real-time price changes and reservation confirmations, reservations may not be possible if payment is not completed. - Pre-visit before reservation is not possible. - For check-in/out time adjustments due to personal reasons, please contact us via chat. - No smoking indoors ❌ - No pets (dogs, cats, or other animals)
- All utility bills are included in the management fee. (However, there is an additional cost of 30,000 KRW/week in summer (July-September) and 35,000 KRW/week in winter (November-January). Heating costs tend to be high due to the size of the unit. If the contract period falls within these months, please pay the additional fee at the time of contract signing. No charges will be applied for contracts of 7 days or less.) - Additional charges may be applied if an excessive management fee is incurred due to unusual usage (based on average seasonal management fees).
