Other items such as cleaning wipes, laundry detergent, wet wipes, and toilet paper are not provided. Free parking for 100 hours is only provided for reservations of 20 nights or more. For stays with 3 or more guests, an additional management fee applies. All of this information is detailed in the room description. We have had guests who were dissatisfied with their stay after making unreasonable requests, such as demanding free extra guests after being charged the management fee, requesting a late check-out on the same day, or requesting free parking for stays of less than 20 nights. We kindly ask for your understanding once again.

It's a comfortable place to stay!
I was flustered because there was no toilet paper after using it once on the first day of arrival. Some consumables were provided, while others were said to be the user's responsibility, which was confusing. I think this might be a misunderstanding related to the wordplay of whether it's a rental or accommodation. I don't want to go twice.
The bathroom wasn't perfectly clean, but it was tidy, and the room was spacious, which was nice! It was also relatively close to the station. Thank you. :)
