Other items such as cleaning wipes, laundry detergent, wet wipes, and toilet paper are not provided. Free parking for 100 hours is only provided for reservations of 20 days or more. For stays with more than 3 guests (4 or more), an additional management fee applies. All of this information is detailed in the room description. We have had guests who were upset in their reviews after making unreasonable requests, such as demanding free additional guests after being charged the management fee, requesting a late check-out on the same day, or requesting free parking for stays of less than 20 days. Therefore, we would like to reiterate these points.
- Guests staying for more than 20 days a month will be provided with 100 hours of free visitor parking per month. - Basic supplies are provided for initial adaptation, but it is recommended to purchase them for long-term stays. Items not shown in the photos are not provided separately. - Daily extensions are possible. Please inquire via chat. - For more than 3 people, additional guest management fee: 20,000 KRW/week per person - Pre-booking visits are not possible.
