💡 The management fee includes all utilities. Electricity, gas, and water, as well as unlimited Wi-Fi, are provided at no extra cost.

I rented a room to use Sinchon Severance Hospital. I was considering short-term rentals and accommodations, but I chose this place because the host was so kind and considerate, so I had a comfortable stay without any inconvenience. #Accessibility 15-minute walk from Severance Hospital 2-minute walk from a nearby convenience store #Parking There is a parking lot in the building, available at a reasonable price of 30,000 won per week #Interior Space Clean and fully equipped with a refrigerator, washing machine, dryer, and vacuum cleaner #Household Goods Household items such as toilet paper must be provided by the individual I would like to use this place again if I need a short-term rental in the future!
