The house is clean and nice.
It was great having the bathroom and living area separated! The place was clean, and it was a great spot for a two-week stay.
It's good and comfortable, close to Hongdae and Sinchon, transportation is convenient, there are many stores to shop, fully furnished home appliances and furniture, an elevator, and the area is quiet and suitable for relaxing. The only problem is that there are a lot of uphill roads, making it hard to carry heavy luggage. It would be better to take a taxi when you first arrive with your luggage.
