This is a clean house that was recently remodeled. It has 3 rooms and 4 beds, so up to 6 people can stay comfortably. There is a large dining table for 6 people, so you can use the dining space comfortably. It is a semi-basement that goes down about 4 steps, but it has good lighting and is almost on the first floor. There is a 24-hour convenience store within a 1-minute walk, which is very convenient.
It is a 5-minute walk from Sungkyunkwan University Station. You can take a direct bus to Gangnam from the nearby bus stop.
- Check-in is contactless. - Check-in time is 3 PM, and check-out time is 11 AM. - Once the contract is confirmed, we will provide you with the check-in password and instructions. - If you bring a pet, it must wear a diaper indoors at all times.
An additional fee of 30,000 won per pet will be charged. A maximum of two small dogs are allowed. Additional charges may apply for damage to furniture or severe soiling. For any inquiries regarding your stay, please feel free to contact us anytime. We will be happy to assist you.
All utility bills are included in the management fee. If you overuse the included items, you may be asked to pay an additional management fee.
Overall, the prior information about the accommodation's structure, parking, and management response was insufficient, and I have no intention of reusing it. The accommodation is a semi-basement structure, and there is no ventilation in the bathroom, so moisture entered the room, and there is mold on the window frames and walls. At night, despite the curtains, it was difficult to sleep well due to external lighting. Also, although I felt a draft, ventilation was not smooth. I was informed that parking was available in "empty spaces in the surrounding alleys," but the alley near the accommodation was private property with parking issues, which led to parking conflicts between neighbors. I requested confirmation from the host, but they irresponsibly delegated it, which resulted in the police being called. In cold weather, hot water could not be used due to frozen hot water pipes. Although repairs were made, there was no initial guidance on preventing freezing, and the cost-sharing criteria were unclearly communicated, causing me to feel anxious about continuing to stay.
I stayed for 3 weeks for interior construction, and it was a cozy and quiet accommodation. The host's responses were fast and friendly. Thanks to you, I had a comfortable and good rest. Thank you!!^^
