Clean studio apartment near Gyeyang-gu Office

I'm satisfied. I came from the US and stayed for two months as a short-term resident. There's a convenience store on the first floor, parking is convenient, and there's no noise between floors. The owner is also nice. I went when it was cold and had a warm and pleasant stay. Thank you.

It was a little cold and windy from the window, and so noisy from the window fan, but otherwise all good.

I got this room for my hospital internship. It's super close to Hallym Hospital, and it was so convenient to get to Bupyeong Serim Hospital with just one bus ride! When I contacted them about a drainage issue in the bathroom, they came the same day at a time that was convenient for me and fixed it. They were so kind. For laundry, there was detergent under the sink, so it was very convenient to do laundry. There's also a clothes drying rack near the microwave, so you can live there right away without bringing anything. There's a bit of a draft, but the boiler works really well and keeps it very warm, so it's fine. There's also a convenient place to throw out trash right outside, which is great. I had a good stay for a month.
