Please turn off all lights in front of the entrance when checking in and out. The heating is already set, so you just need to increase or decrease it by 1 degree.

There is a garbage separation facility on the first basement floor. You can purchase garbage bags at the convenience store on the first floor, so please separate food waste, general waste, and recyclable waste before disposal. We strive to ensure a safe stay, but the accommodation cannot be held responsible for accidents caused by guest negligence. Please be advised that in the event of damage or loss of items, there is a procedure for claiming compensation for the original purchase price. If the room is severely contaminated due to guest use after check-out, a special cleaning fee may be charged. You must inform the host if you are bringing a pet. All areas within the building, including the accommodation, are non-smoking areas, so please refrain from smoking (including electronic cigarettes/a cleaning fee of 100,000 won will be charged for smoking).
