Lighting can be adjusted using the wall pad mounted on the wall. Please turn off all lights using the switch near the entrance when checking in and checking out. The heating system is already configured; you simply need to adjust the temperature up or down by 1 degree at a time.

Please be advised that in the event of damage to or loss of property, guests will be charged the original purchase price. If the room is left in poor condition due to severe soiling or misuse after checkout, a special cleaning fee may be charged. You must notify the host in advance if you intend to bring pets. Smoking is strictly prohibited in all areas of the building, including the accommodation unit (this includes e-cigarettes). A cleaning fee of 100,000 KRW will be charged if smoking occurs.
All utilities are included in the management fee. However, additional charges may be requested in the event of excessive usage.

The host was very kind and answered any questions I had right away, so I was able to stay comfortably. The house was cozy and clean, and it had all the necessary appliances, so I didn't feel any inconvenience at all. There was a convenience store on the first floor of the building, which was very convenient to use. The location was also great, as it was about 30 minutes to Incheon Airport. Also, since the lower floor is not a residence, I recommend it as a perfect accommodation for families with young children! :)
I had a great family trip to Incheon for a week. It's close to Wolmido and E-Mart is next door. The interior of the house was really clean, and the layout and items were well-equipped, making it comfortable and pleasant.
