- Please check in at 15:00 and check out by 11:00. - We will provide check-in instructions upon contract confirmation. - For a pleasant environment, only up to 4 people are allowed. - Pets and indoor smoking are strictly prohibited (deposit will not be refunded in case of violation). - Bedding and hygiene products are not provided (bedding in photos is for staging purposes only). - Please bring your own personal items such as towels. - Registration of move-in is not allowed. - Use is not permitted if the contract holder and user are different.
- Peak season: 26.7.20-26.8.23 (summer vacation) - Various franchises such as Starbucks and A Twosome Place, as well as large supermarkets, markets, banks, hospitals, Hongcheon Cinema (theater), and swimming pools are all within a 3km radius. - There is a GS convenience store and Kumho Chicken & Hof in the apartment complex's commercial area. - Various community facilities are available, including a playground, library, and walking trails (Hongcheon Namsan). - Recommended for Hongcheon Songhakjeonggyo Bridge and Hongcheon River Dulle-gil Trail, and trekking courses. - Beacon Hills Golf Club CC is a 20-minute drive away. Sono Felice CC and Daemyung Ski Resort are a 37-minute drive away. (Blue Cullinan CC is scheduled to open in March 2027, a 5-minute drive away)
- Gas and electricity are not included in the management fee. - Additional charges for electricity and gas may be requested upon check-out. - Due to apartment policy, free parking for visiting vehicles is available for up to 120 hours. (KRW 500 per 30 minutes for overtime) Additional charges will apply. - For contracts of 2 weeks or more, only one vehicle will be registered for parking.
