- Apartment shuttle bus is available (boarding point: Kids Station) - It costs about the basic fare by taxi from Hongcheon Terminal.
- Please check in at 15:00 and check out by 11:00. - We will provide check-in instructions after the contract is confirmed. - For a pleasant environment, only up to 4 people are allowed. - Pets and indoor smoking are strictly prohibited (deposit will not be refunded if violated). - Bedding and hygiene products are not provided (bedding in the photos is for staging purposes only). - Please bring your own personal items such as towels. - Registration of move-in is not allowed. - Use is not permitted if the contract holder and user are different.
- Peak Season: 20.7.26 - 23.8.26. {Peak Season} For peak season reservations, please request a contract at "(Peak Season) Luxury New Construction". - Various franchises such as Starbucks and A Twosome Place, as well as large supermarkets, markets, banks, hospitals, swimming pools, and Hongcheon Cinema (theater) are all within a 3km radius. - There is a GS convenience store and Kumho Chicken & Beer in the apartment complex's commercial area. - Various amenities are available, including a playground, library, and walking trails (Hongcheon Namsan). - We recommend Hongcheon Songhakjeonggyo Bridge and the Hongcheon River Dulle-gil Trail as trekking courses. - Beacon Hills Golf Club CC is a 20-minute drive away. Daemyung Sono Felice CC is a 30-minute drive away. (Blue Cullinan CC is scheduled to open in March 2027, a 5-minute drive away)
- Gas and electricity are not included in the management fee. - Additional charges for electricity and gas may be requested upon departure. - Due to apartment policy, free parking for visiting vehicles is available for up to 120 hours. (An additional fee of 500 KRW per 30 minutes will be charged for exceeding this limit.) - For contracts of 2 weeks or more, only one vehicle can be registered for parking.
There was no suitable accommodation in Hongcheon, so I always had to stay in a gloomy accommodation whenever I came, but it was so nice. I had a good rest. Thank you.
