This is a clean house that was fully remodeled two years ago. It has a middle door, so it's warmer than an apartment, even though it's a house. There's a bus stop within a 1-minute walk, and traditional markets, Starbucks, Lotteria, Burger King, and many other restaurants are within a 2-3 minute walk, making it a convenient place to live. Pets are allowed. (For small dogs under 5kg, an additional cleaning fee of 150,000 won will be charged.)
Bus stop 57 is a minute away. Go 20m into the alley right next to Speedmate Mangmi Branch, and you'll find a two-story house painted gray. There is an S-1 sign.
An additional accommodation fee of 5,000 won per night will be charged for each pet. The cleaning fee will not be charged for reservations of one week or more. Once the contract is confirmed, we will send you the door lock password, and you can check in without meeting us in person. All utility bills are included in the management fee. (Electricity, water, city gas, internet, TV, S-1 security) An additional cleaning fee of 50,000 won will be charged if you bring a pet.
It was really good.
I had a good rest. The ants and mosquitoes were a bit of a problem.
