This room has been recently remodeled. Pets are allowed after discussion. A pet fee of 5,000 won per night will be charged. (For small dogs under 5kg, an additional cleaning fee of 50,000 won will be charged.) The cleaning fee will be waived for stays of one week or more. The double-glazed windows have been replaced and a middle door has been installed, making it cozy and warm. Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors.
10 minutes on foot from Mangmi Station There is a bus stop 57 right in front of the house. If you come 20M into the alley next to Speedmate Mangmi Branch across from Mangmi Jugong Apartment, you will find a 2-story house painted gray. There is an S-1 sign attached. ^^
Once the contract is confirmed, we will send you usage instructions and a text message. We will send you the door lock password via text message, and contactless check-in is available. Check-in from 11:00 Check-out before 13:00 Based on 2 adults, an additional 10,000 won per person per night will be charged. An additional 5,000 won per night will be charged for dogs and cats (within 5kg).
There is a bus stop and a traditional market within a 1-minute walk. Starbucks, Paris Baguette, Burger King, Lotteria, etc. are within a 2-3 minute walk. Gwangalli Beach is a 15-minute drive away. Haeundae Beach is a 20-minute drive away. For pets under 5kg, an additional cleaning fee of 150,000 won will be charged.
All utility bills are included in the management fee. If you bring a pet, an additional cleaning fee of 50,000 won will be charged.
