Newly built private pension This accommodation is located in a hidden scenic spot in western Jeju. It offers views of the blue sea, Biyangdo Island, and Hallasan Mountain. The bedrooms are clean and cozy. There are two rooms and a bathroom on the second floor, and one room and a bathroom on the first floor. The view of Hyeopjae Beach and the wind turbines from the veranda, and the palm trees in the garden, will make you feel the beauty of Jeju. This is a newly built private pension. It's bus number 291 from Jeju Terminal. Check-in is after 3 PM and check-out is before 11 AM.
If the number of guests exceeds the standard of 5 people, an additional fee of 20,000 won per person per night will be charged. The host lives in the next building. One small dog is allowed. There is a one-time fee of 30,000 won. Please bring all necessary items for your pet. Additional bedding costs 20,000 won per set. Barbecue is self-service. If you ask the host to prepare it, it costs 30,000 won for up to 4 people. Charcoal, tongs, and grill are provided. The swimming pool is only available in summer.
There are many famous tourist attractions near the accommodation, such as Hyeopjae Beach, Hallim Park, Nokchabat Saebyeol Oreum, Jeoji Oreum, and Hwansangui Sup Gotjawal. For daily necessities, Hanaro Mart, a hospital, a gym, a swimming pool, a movie theater, a pharmacy, and an oil market are all within a 5-minute drive, so there is no inconvenience for long-term stays. The cleaning fee is not included. Please clean up before checking out.
Private House C is based on 5 people. If you add more people, it is 20,000 won per person per night. All management fees, i.e., utilities, electricity, gas, and water, are calculated as management fees. When you check in, we will take a picture and keep it. When you check out, we will calculate the remaining amount and return it to you, and the guest will pay for any shortfall. If you overuse the included items, additional management fees may be requested. Cleaning is self-service. Cleaning tools are fully equipped. Cleaning fees are not calculated separately, so please clean up as you did when you checked in.
