This is a newly built private pension. It is located in a hidden scenic spot in western Jeju. It has a clean and cozy bedroom with a sea view. There are two rooms and a bathroom on the second floor. There is a spacious living room, a bathroom, and a modern kitchen on the first floor. The view of Hyeopjae Beach and wind turbines from the veranda, and the palm trees in the garden will make you feel the beauty of Jeju. It's bus number 291 from Jeju Terminal. Check-in time is after 3 PM, and check-out time is before 11 AM.
The standard occupancy is 4 people. For additional guests, there is a charge of 20,000 KRW per person per night. The host lives in the adjacent building. One small dog is allowed. There is a one-time fee of 30,000 KRW. You must bring all of your dog's supplies. Please bring all necessary items for your pet. Additional bedding costs 20,000 KRW per set. Barbecue is self-service. If you ask the host to prepare it, the cost is 30,000 KRW for up to 4 people. Charcoal, tongs, and grill are provided.
Cleaning is self-service. Cleaning fees are not included, so please clean up before checking out. Cleaning tools are fully equipped. There are many famous tourist attractions near the accommodation, such as Hyeopjae Beach, Hallim Park, Green Tea Fields, Saebyeol Oreum, Jeoji Oreum, and the Fantastic Forest Gotjawal. For daily necessities, Hanaro Mart, a hospital, a gym, a swimming pool, a movie theater, a pharmacy, and a five-day market are all within a 5-minute drive, so there is no inconvenience for long-term stays.
All management fees, including utilities such as electricity, gas, and water, are calculated as part of the management fee. When you check in, we will take a photo of the meter readings. When you check out, we will calculate the remaining amount and refund it to you. If there is a shortfall, the guest will be responsible. If you excessively use the included items, an additional management fee may be requested. The management fee is 100,000 KRW per week. Cleaning is self-service. Cleaning tools are fully provided. Cleaning fees are not calculated separately, so please leave the place as clean as you found it upon check-in.
