The room is neatly wallpapered. There is a large amount of clean extra bedding in the master bedroom closet. It's a three-room apartment, but one room is used as a storage room, so it's listed as a two-room apartment.
There is a bus stop 5 minutes away from the house and a subway station 10 minutes away.
Check-in and check-out are contactless. We will send you a guide with the address and front door password one week before check-in.
Chungnam National University and KAIST are a 10-minute walk away, and there is a Yulim Park walking trail.
All utility bills are included in the management fee. If you overuse the included items, additional management fees may be requested.
I had a good rest.
I had a comfortable and pleasant two-week stay with my family. The house was cozy and clean, which was great.
Basically, it has everything you need (various tableware, bedding, various stationery, desk, wet wipes, cleaning supplies, laundry detergent, hangers, umbrella, drawers, drying rack, trash can, etc.). You don't need to buy anything separately except for food ingredients. The boiler works well and the water pressure is strong. Three of us lived there, two in the big room, one in the small room, and the other storage room was used for making calls, putting on makeup, or resting. There are two TVs, one in the big room and one in the living room, so you can watch OTT if you have a cable. It was so comfortable, like my own home, that I thought I could live here forever!
I am a 70-year-old grandmother living in Seoul.
