If you take the bus 5 minutes away from the house, you can transfer to the subway at Hongdae Station or Hongje Station. Yonsei University or Severance Hospital is 20 minutes away by bus.
You can check in without meeting anyone in person. We will send you the information once the contract is complete.
There is a Hongjecheon walking trail, a waterfall, and Ansan Park. There is also a Baeknyeon Market.
All utility fees are included in the maintenance fee.
The property is poorly maintained: dog feces were left scattered in the artificial turf in the yard, and the air conditioner spewed black mold particles, making it unusable for the entire two-day stay. Malfunctions in the induction cooktop and washing machine forced me to rely on eating out and using a laundromat, while a boiler issue caused the water to turn cold mid-shower. With both the air conditioner and boiler failing simultaneously, the stay was incredibly inconvenient. As the property is located on high ground with difficult vehicle access and many stairs, future tenants should carefully check the location and the poor condition of the facilities.
The host is really friendly, responsive and incredibly helpful! The flat isn't big, but that's clearly stated, and it's in a great location. It has everything you need, and the terrace is a real must-have when the weather's nice! We had a lovely stay ☺️
The house is on high ground, which is a bit inconvenient. I like that there's a yard.
