This is a fully furnished studio apartment. Resident registration and business office registration are not permitted. We sanitize the unit against COVID-19 before you move in. The building has been designated as a "Security Excellence Building" by the Namyangju Police Station. We take pride in this being the cleanest and safest building in Hopyeong-dong.

The rate is based on one person; additional charges apply for extra guests. Check-in is at 15:00 and check-out is at 11:00 (times may be adjusted depending on circumstances). Pets are not allowed. Smoking is prohibited in all indoor areas (a cleaning fee of up to 300,000 KRW will be charged if smoking is detected). Additional charges may apply upon check-out if there is excessive use of electricity or city gas.

It’s well-equipped with everything I need, and there are no worries about parking. The location is fantastic, too— with the bus terminus, a supermarket, great restaurants, E-Mart, and walking trails all nearby. I used to get bored in my studio apartment, but now it’s really fun exploring the neighborhood.
