The unit is professionally disinfected before move-in. Large supermarkets, popular restaurants, hospitals, banks, and various amenities are all within a 3-minute walk. Located in a quiet residential area, the environment is peaceful and free from noise at night. There is a recycling area behind the building; please purchase the designated bags for general and food waste disposal. The building is equipped with CCTV and has been certified for excellent security.
All utility charges are included in the management fee. Additional management fees may be charged in the event of excessive usage.

I had a good stay because it was kept clean and well-maintained. The heating worked well, so it was warm without needing to turn on the boiler much, and it was quiet without any noise.
