Resident registration is not permitted. Check-in is at 15:00 and check-out is at 11:00 (times may be adjusted depending on circumstances). Pets are not allowed. Smoking is prohibited in all indoor areas of the building (a cleaning fee of 150,000–300,000 KRW will be charged if smoking is detected). Additional charges may apply upon check-out if there is excessive use of electricity or city gas (meter readings are taken at both check-in and check-out).

Resident registration is not available. The rate is based on single occupancy; additional charges apply for extra guests. It is a fully furnished studio apartment, as shown in the photos. Most essential household items and appliances are provided. Please feel free to contact me at any time if you encounter any issues.
The unit is professionally disinfected before move-in. Large supermarkets, popular restaurants, hospitals, banks, and various amenities are all within a 3-minute walk. Located in a quiet residential area, the environment is peaceful and free from noise at night. There is a recycling area behind the building; please purchase the designated bags for general and food waste disposal. The building is equipped with CCTV and has been certified for excellent security.
All utility charges are included in the management fee. Additional management fees may be charged in the event of excessive usage.
Parking was convenient, and with plenty of restaurants and amenities nearby, there was no inconvenience at all. The unit was equipped with all the essential appliances, making for a comfortable stay. Highly satisfied.
