Check-in is contactless. Once your reservation is confirmed, we will send you a text message with instructions. We may ask for your address and resident registration number to complete the contract. Moving-in registration is not possible. Smoking indoors and bringing in pets may result in a claim for damages (300,000 KRW). A washing machine is available for use. A clothes drying rack is provided.
The maximum number of guests is limited to 1. It is a single-size bed. In case of complaints due to smoking or noise, you may be forced to leave. (Please keep the noise down as it is a residential area.) Please be advised that in case of illegal activities such as prostitution, gambling, adult film shooting, or drugs, you will be forced to leave without a refund of your deposit or monthly rent. Absolutely do not engage in illegal activities. You must prepare your own towels, hygiene products, and blankets. If the toilet is clogged or broken due to food waste, wet wipes, or excessive toilet paper being flushed, you may be held responsible and charged for repairs. Please be careful with your valuables. We are not responsible for lost valuables. In case of damage to equipment or fixtures, you may be charged for damages. Please keep the place clean as if it were your own home.
