Check-in is contactless. Once your reservation is confirmed, we will send you a text message with instructions. We may request your ID for contract purposes. Moving-in registration is not possible. Smoking indoors and bringing in pets may result in a damage claim (300,000 KRW may be charged). The washing machine has a drying function. A clothes drying rack is also provided.
In the event of complaints regarding smoking or noise, you may be subject to forced eviction. (Please be mindful of noise as this is a residential property.) Please be advised that in the event of illegal activities such as prostitution, gambling, filming of adult content, or drug use, you will be subject to forced eviction without a refund of your deposit or monthly rent. Absolutely do not engage in illegal activities. You must bring your own towels, toiletries, and blankets. If the toilet becomes clogged or damaged due to food, wet wipes, or excessive toilet paper being flushed, you may be held responsible and charged for repair costs. Please be careful not to lose your valuables. We are not responsible for lost valuables. You may be charged for damages in the event of damage to equipment or fixtures.
