- Once the contract is confirmed, check-in will be contactless, and you will receive check-in instructions on the morning of your arrival. - Check-in is at 3 PM and check-out is at 11 AM. If there are no reservations before or after your stay, or if cleaning is completed early, early check-in/late check-out may be possible. Please inquire. ^^
- Pets are strictly prohibited. - Smoking is strictly prohibited in the accommodation (If any smell or traces of smoking are found, you will be charged for the cost of re-wallpapering the entire room).
All utility bills are included in the management fee. However, if you use excessive amounts of electricity, water, or gas, additional management fees may be charged.
