- Once the contract is confirmed, check-in will be contactless, and you will receive check-in instructions on the morning of your arrival. - Check-in is at 3 PM and check-out is at 11 AM. If there are no reservations before or after your stay, or if cleaning is completed early, early check-in/late check-out may be possible. Please inquire. ^^
- This is a self-parking garage on the 2nd to 5th basement floors, not a mechanical parking lot, and the parking space is very large. Please inquire about parking in advance. 🙂 - Pets are strictly prohibited. - Smoking is strictly prohibited in the accommodation. (If any smell or traces of smoking are found, the cost of wallpapering the entire room will be charged.)
All utility bills are included in the management fee. However, if you use excessive amounts of electricity, water, or gas, additional management fees may be charged.
