It's close to amenities and it's easy to get on the Dongbu Expressway. It's a well-located accommodation. Eunhye Banchan on the first basement floor and Geumhwa Banjeom across the street are great restaurants. The apartments in Sanggye-dong are this old, so you should take that into consideration, and the owner is really kind. It's a good accommodation for the price.
