There are so many advantages that I'll list a few. First, the location is really good. It's within a 5-minute walk to Wangsimni Station. I highly recommend it for those who work in Seoul. It's also more spacious than I thought! There were three of us, including a child, and we had no trouble sleeping, washing up, or eating. Lastly, the parking lot and management office system! There are quite a few parking spaces. I was very worried because most short-term rentals in this area don't have parking, but it was great to have a regular underground parking lot here! Recycling is done daily, and everyone was very kind! The best!
