I hope we can maintain a minimum level of basic courtesy towards each other. It would be great if you could leave the washing machine door open for ventilation when not in use. In the summer, if you're not disposing of food waste immediately, it might be better to store the food waste container in the bottom drawer of the refrigerator (which is not used for food) before disposing of it. This should reduce odors (sometimes, food in the food waste container can rot and the odor won't go away).
Water, electricity, and gas bills are settled based on actual usage. A fine of 100,000 won will be imposed for smoking.
