There is a large mart, coin laundry, bank, and Starbucks nearby. There is a restaurant in Duam Town Food Alley within 5-10 minutes. The recycling bin is at the entrance of the building. Food waste (bring your card) and trash are located across from the building.
All utility bills are calculated and charged based on actual usage. Electricity, gas, water, and management fees are not included in the price. These will be settled and charged upon check-out. There is a 100,000 KRW fine for smoking.
