Check-in: 3:00 PM | Check-out: 11:00 AM (Adjustable; a 1-week contract covers a 6-night stay with check-out on the morning of the 7th day; additional days are 30,000 KRW each). This is a short-term space rental, not a commercial lodging establishment. Please bring your own toiletries, towels, and bedding. Layout: Small room, living room/large room combo, and kitchen with a dining table for two. 15kg front-loading washing machine. Important: 3-burner cooktop (the top-left burner is a radiant/halogen type; please be careful—remove the sunflower mat before use). Amenities include a 50-inch TV, 300L refrigerator (fridge on top, freezer on bottom), 15cm latex bed, and wall-mounted air conditioner (ventilation required).
Village bus 788 and city buses 17, 36, and 81 operate here.
The process is contactless. I will provide the access code on the morning of your stay. Regarding the 3-burner induction cooktop: the top-left burner (where the sunflower mat is placed) should not be used—though it can be used if you remove the mat first.
There is a large supermarket, a coin laundry, a bank, and a Starbucks nearby. A restaurant district (Duam Town Food Alley) is located within a 5–10 minute walk. For waste disposal: recycling is at the building entrance. Food waste (requires a card) and general trash disposal are located across from the building.
All utility charges (electricity, gas, and water) are billed based on actual usage. Costs not included in the management fee will be calculated and billed upon check-out. Please note that there is a 100,000 KRW fine for smoking.
