This is a clean and safe accommodation. When I go on business trips, I find that the best accommodation is clean, odorless, and safe. All bedding is washed every time, and cleaning is done meticulously to ensure there are no hairs. It is located in a very safe residential area in front of an elementary school. It is an 8-minute walk on flat ground from Namsan Station on Busan Subway Line 1. The three-way intersection in front of the house has a lot of foot traffic and public CCTV cameras, making it safe.
After a 10-minute bus ride from Busan Comprehensive Terminal, get off at 'Namsan Elementary School' and it's a 1-minute walk. The 'Namsan Plaza' bus stop is a 5-minute walk away. Namsan Station on Busan Line 1 is an 8-minute walk away. Guseo IC is 5 minutes away.
Check-in can be selected as either contactless or in-person. Check-in is from 3 PM to check-out at 11 AM. We will send you a notification text after your reservation is confirmed. This is a single-person living space, but additional bedding can be provided for a second person if unavoidable (additional 20,000 KRW per week).
Within 500 meters, there is Subway Line 1, a mart, Daiso, and Starbucks. Busan University of Foreign Studies and Beomeosa Temple are nearby.
Electricity, water, and gas are included in the management fee. If you use more than the included amount, you will be charged an additional management fee. Cleaning and waste separation are not included.
