When I go on business trips, I find that the most important thing is that the accommodation is clean and safe. It's also important that it doesn't smell. It's cleaned so thoroughly that there isn't a single hair left. It's located in a very safe residential area. A clean and safe studio apartment in the Namsan Station, Dusil Station, and Busan University of Foreign Studies area. A 6-minute walk from the subway station. A 1-minute walk from the bus stop. 3 minutes from Guseo IC.
1. From Busan Comprehensive Terminal, take city bus No. 49 or 131 for 10 minutes, get off at Namsan Elementary School, and walk for 1 minute. 2. From Namsan Station or Dusil Station on Subway Line 1, it's a 6-minute walk (600m). 3. It's a 3-minute drive from Guseo IC on the Gyeongbu Expressway.
Check-in is contactless, with check-in at 3 PM and check-out at 11 AM. This is a single-person living space.
There are Galmaetgil trails in Geumjeongsan, Beomeosa, Oryundae, and Spowon Park. Near Busan University of Foreign Studies, Pusan National University, and Pusan Catholic University. Starbucks, Daiso, and a supermarket are nearby, making it convenient.
All utility bills are included in the management fee. If you overuse the included items, additional management fees may be requested. (Meter readings will be provided upon move-in)
