There is a bus stop at the entrance of the apartment. If you have difficulty with transportation on the day of check-in or check-out, we will provide a pick-up service. It is located on the middle road that connects the Jumunjin coast road and the pine forest path to the Jeongdongjin coast road. You can walk to the cafe street and restaurants, and the beach is 300m from the house. Hanaro Mart, community center, school, post office and other public institutions are available within 5 minutes by car.
If you make a reservation, I will call you and explain the house. I think it's proper to meet and greet those who rent my house. However, if our schedules don't align, I will provide a non-face-to-face check-in guide. I will explain everything sufficiently over the phone or via message, and I will contact you again the day before you arrive.
Sacheonjin Beach is a beach located between Gyeongpo and Jumunjin in Gangneung. With a large hotel built right next to it, the beach is lined with cafes and restaurants bustling with people, and it's gradually developing into a gathering place. However, it's still a beautiful, quiet, countryside-like place compared to Anmok, Gyeongpo, and Gangmun in Gangneung. Please come visit this place that helped me fulfill my wish of settling down in Gangneung, overlooking the blue sea. It's a place where you can find relaxation, romance, and healing that you can't experience in the city. All utility bills are included in the management fee. All utility bills, including electricity, heating, water, internet, and various rental fees, are borne by the user and are calculated based on the average monthly usage. If excessive use is detected (over 100,000 KRW/week) by measuring the meter on the check-in and check-out dates, additional charges may be applied. Please restore the house to the same condition as when you moved in upon check-out.
