This space is equivalent in size to a standard 25-pyeong apartment. It is a newly built unit that has been thoughtfully and carefully furnished. It accommodates up to five guests with two queen beds and one single bed. Features include an 'alpha room' (flexible extra room) set up as a traditional Korean-style *ondol* (heated floor) room. Amenities come fully equipped: induction cooktop, bidet, dryer, and even an ice-dispensing water purifier! Enjoy a comfortable sleep on Simmons mattresses; with three rooms (including the alpha room) and two bathrooms, there is plenty of space even for two families. Watch free Netflix on the large 75-inch TV and relax on the comfortable living room platform.
There is a bus stop right in front of the complex. If you need a ride when moving in or out, I can provide a pickup service.
While I would prefer to meet you in person to welcome you, contactless check-in is available if our schedules do not align. You will receive an information message once your reservation is confirmed. Please note that cleaning services are not provided. Items such as bedding, towels, toiletries, kitchenware, detergents, and disposable goods are not included and must be rented or purchased separately. Please verify this before finalizing your contract. You are required to dispose of all trash and perform basic cleaning upon check-out.
It is just a 5-minute walk (300m) to the beach. The complex features a convenience store, a coin laundry, and a Chaeseondang shabu-shabu restaurant, and there are popular local eateries within walking distance. You can also easily walk to the Sacheonjin Beach café street. It is centrally located, making it perfect for a coastal drive from Jumunjin to Gangmun. The interior and bedding were clean, so I had a pleasant stay.
