This is a place filled with care, meticulously set up in a new apartment. With 2 queen beds and 1 single bed, it can accommodate 5 people. There's also an alpha room with an ondol (Korean floor heating) system. An induction cooktop, bidet, and dryer are standard! An ice water purifier is also perfectly prepared! Sleep comfortably on Simmons mattresses. With 3 rooms (including the alpha room) and 2 bathrooms, there's plenty of space even for two families. Enjoy free Netflix on a large 75-inch TV, and relax on the comfortable living room flat bench.
There is a bus stop right in front of the complex. If you need a car when you move in or out, we offer a pickup service. ^^
We believe it is right to meet and greet the people who rent from our house, but if the time does not match, you can check in non-face-to-face. We will send you a guide message when the reservation is confirmed. Cleaning service is not available, bedding, towels, toiletries, kitchen supplies, detergents, and other disposable items are not provided and must be rented separately. Please check before signing the contract. All garbage disposal and basic cleaning are required when checking out.
The sea is a 5-minute walk away (300m). There is a convenience store, coin laundry, and Chae Seon Dang Shabu Shabu restaurant within the complex, and there are restaurants within walking distance. Sacheonjin Beach Cafe Street is also within walking distance. It is located in the middle of the coastal drive from Jumunjin Beach to Gangmun. If you use excessive amounts (if the management fee exceeds 100,000 won per week) an additional management fee may be requested. Please restore the house to the same condition as when you moved in upon check-out. Cleaning, all bedding, kitchenware, toiletries, and daily necessities are not provided as a service and are rented separately, so additional costs may be incurred.

It was a trip with my family after my father passed away. There was consideration for the family throughout the house so that everyone could heal and return, so we had a really good rest. I requested it because I have a baby, and my younger sibling said that it was better than a 1 million won hotel because of the consideration for the baby. There was a baby chair, pad, pillow, etc. Dish soap, detergent, towels, pots, tableware, etc. were all prepared. We had a good rest. Thank you.
