(Negotiable) • Charges for loss of use, special cleaning fees, etc., may be applied for damage, loss, or contamination of property.
The number of occupants is limited to 1 person. An additional 50,000 won will be charged for extra people. Smoking and keeping pets in the room are strictly prohibited. Please refrain from making loud noises or causing noise between floors that may lead to complaints from other rooms.
All utility bills are included in the management fee. However, if you overuse electricity, gas, or water, you may be charged an additional amount upon check-out. (We will only inform you if there are any unusual readings after checking the meter. If you use them sparingly as if they were your own home, you will not be charged separately.)
The air conditioner is a bit dirty.
First, I checked in later than the time stated in the description. I was told that I had to check in late because the room needed cleaning, but when I entered, it hadn't been cleaned at all. In the kitchen, there was red pepper powder spread all over the induction cooktop, making it uncomfortable to use, though I'm not sure if it was from the previous guest. There was mold in the bathroom, and the floor felt sticky, as if it hadn't been mopped. It was summer when I checked in, but the air conditioner was also broken and wasn't blowing any cool air. Second, the inadequate response was very disappointing. When I reported these issues to the host, it turned out that the owner and the person handling complaints were separate. The person receiving the complaints couldn't offer solutions and kept deferring to the owner, making me feel very dissatisfied as I had to contact them back and forth myself. Furthermore, as a matter of service, both the person handling complaints and the owner could have at least offered an apology, but they didn't even say "I'm sorry." Third, I was very flustered when they suddenly asked if they could visit the next day for the next tenant. People may be absent from their rooms for personal reasons, and usually, if you're showing a room, it needs to be cleaned. Their sudden request was very unsettling. They even said they would come to see it the day after cleaning but didn't show up, which caused me a lot of personal inconvenience. Personally, even though I understand that the room was offered at a special price, I feel they crossed the line. I personally would not want to use this service again.
