Cafés and restaurants such as Doyo, Yeongdo Miffy Café (formerly Singi Industry), and Grazie are within a 5-minute walk. A CU convenience store is a 7-minute walk away, and Coupang Rocket Fresh delivery is available. P.ARK is a 5-minute drive away. Tourist attractions like Huinnyeoul Culture Village and Taejongdae are within a 15-minute drive. It takes 25 minutes to reach Nampo-dong and Jagalchi, and 15 minutes to reach Gwangalli and Haeundae via the Bukhang Bridge.

- Check-in is contactless. - Once your booking is confirmed, we will send you a message with check-in and usage instructions prior to your arrival. - Check-in/Check-out: 15:00/11:00 - Smoking is prohibited in all areas of the property. - Please refrain from hosting parties or making loud noises, out of consideration for the neighbors. - You may be charged for any damage to property or facilities. - Please wash and put away any dishes you use. - Please turn off the heating and air conditioning when you go out. - Please separate your waste (recycling, food waste, etc.) for disposal.
All utility costs are included in the management fee. However, if electricity or gas usage is excessive, additional charges may apply upon check-out. As long as you use the utilities normally—just as you would in your own home—there won't be any issues. ^^
It’s the perfect combination of an excellent house, a great view, and a friendly host.
I had a wonderful five-week stay. The neighborhood was quiet, allowing me to relax comfortably. Transportation was convenient, too—there was a local bus stop right nearby and city buses accessible within a 10-minute walk, so getting around was never an issue. Whenever I had a question, the host responded promptly and kindly, resolving matters quickly, which I really appreciated. If I need a place to stay again in the future, I would come back here without hesitation; it’s definitely a place I’d recommend to others.
The house is spacious and had everything we needed for a short stay. The host was incredibly kind and ready to help, even late in the evening. I loved that there was a rooftop and a grill available. The beds were super comfortable, too! The downsides of the accommodation are the steep path leading up from the main road and a slight smell of mold in the kitchen. There were also tiny spots of mold in the bathroom, but nothing too serious.
