Cafés and restaurants such as Toyo Café, Yeongdo Miffy Café (formerly Singi Industry), and Grazie are within a 5-minute walk. A CU convenience store is a 7-minute walk away, and Coupang Rocket Fresh delivery is available. P.ARK is a 5-minute drive away. Tourist attractions like Huinnyeoul Culture Village and Taejongdae are within a 15-minute drive. It takes 25 minutes to reach Nampo-dong and Jagalchi, and 15 minutes to get to Gwangalli and Haeundae via the Bukhang Bridge.
- Standard occupancy: 2 people (maximum 3 people). The base rate is for 2 people; additional charges apply for extra guests. Please inquire separately regarding the cost. - Check-in is contactless. - Once your booking is confirmed, we will send you a message with check-in and usage instructions prior to your arrival. - Check-in/Check-out: 15:00/11:00 - Smoking is prohibited in all areas of the property. - Please refrain from hosting parties or making loud noises late at night out of consideration for the neighbors. - You may be charged for any damage to property or facilities. - Please wash and tidy up any tableware you use. - Please turn off the heating and air conditioning when you go out. - Please separate your waste (recycling, food waste, etc.) for disposal.
All utility costs are included in the management fee. However, if electricity or gas usage is excessive, additional charges may apply upon check-out. As long as you use the facilities normally (just like at home), this won't be an issue.
I had a wonderful stay without a single inconvenience. I started each day on a high note by hiking up the hill behind the house, grabbing a cup of filter coffee at Singi Coffee, and walking back down. The alleyways are charming, and the view of the harbor from them is stunning. The air is fresh, too. I highly recommend this place to anyone wanting to experience the unique charm of Yeongdo—it has a special atmosphere that is hard to find elsewhere. The host is incredibly kind and responsive. The house is kept clean and is bug-free. Thank you—I’ll be back!
I was impressed by how clean and tidy the place was when I first walked in. It features two rooms, a combined living room and kitchen, and a bathroom; one room is set up purely as a bedroom for resting, while the other serves as a living area. The air conditioner was new and powerful, and the large TV made for comfortable viewing. The kitchen had a simple, antique vibe, but a standout feature was the washing machine, which included a drying function—that was a huge plus. Although the house is located on a hill, the area is quiet, and the view of the North Port from outside is quite nice. Parking right in front of the house was very convenient. The host was quick to respond to any questions or requests, which I really appreciated. I’ll definitely stay here again next time I visit Busan. It offers excellent value for money.
