Any contamination or odors caused by pets (not allowed) must be restored to their original condition. (We humbly ask you to please refrain from smoking in the rooms. ๐ It is difficult to remove the smell of smoke, and it can be unpleasant for other guests. Additionally, special cleaning fees will be incurred.) - Please refrain from loud noises, parties, or any actions that cause noise between floors, as these may lead to complaints from neighbors. - Registration of new residents is not permitted. In case of violation, the contract may be terminated without refund of usage fees, and the deposit will not be returned. - If damages occur due to violation of special conditions, compensation will be charged to the tenant. - Departure cleaning fee: 35,000 KRW (basic), additional charges may apply depending on the degree of contamination.
